FEDERAL BANK invites application from candidates who satisfy the following eligibility criteria for the post of Chartered Accountants (CA).

• Academic Qualification : CA
• Age: Maximum 29 years as on 30.04.2007.
• Selection will be based on interview. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons for the same.
• Candidates selected are liable to be placed in any place in India or abroad/ in Bank’s subsidiaries as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.
• The candidates selected will be offered appointment in scales I or II of Officer cadre based on their experience. The minimum monthly salary at Kochi for an Officer in Scale I and II at present is around Rs. 13,550/-, and Rs. 18500/- respectively and the same will vary depending upon the place of posting. Other benefits include Leased accommodation, Medical Aid, LTC, terminal benefits as well as reimbursement of expenses incurred for entertainment, petrol, newspapers, etc. as per Bank’s rules. On a cost to company basis the current compensation package would work to Rs.28000/- monthly for scale I and Rs.38000/- monthly for scale II (approximately). This is subject to changes.
