Applications are invited for appointment in Officer Scale–I cadre and Clerk cum Cashier cadre in Pallavan Grama Bank. The candidate must be a domicile of Tamil Nadu and should have proficiency in Tamil Language

• Officer Scale–I : 36 posts (SC-8, OBC-10, Gen-18) , Pay Scale : Rs. 10000 – 18240/-, Age : 21-30 Years, Qualification : Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with 60% marks in aggregate and with 55% marks in aggregate for SC / ST candidates. Knowledge of English and Tamil is essential. (b) Candidates should possess proficiency of computer knowledge like knowledge in MS DOS, MS WORD, MS EXCEL and Networking etc. (c) Candidates with higher qualification in Computer / Accounting / Management / Engineering /Business Administration / Law / Agriculture / Veterinary Science / M.Sc, Computer science / MCA /CA and Civil Engineering etc., will get preference over others.
• Clerk cum Cashier : 94 posts (SC-14, OBC-26, Gen-54), Pay Scale : Rs. 4410 – 13210, Age : 18-28 years , Qualification : Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent; OR (b) Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of 10 + 2 + 3 pattern / 11 + 3 pattern / pre - degree or intermediate or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate and with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate for SC candidates;

Application Fee : For SC / ST / HI / OH / EX - Serviceman candidates : Rs.50/- for each post. For all others including OBC : Rs.300/- for each post. Requisite Application Fee must be paid only by means of Account Payee crossed MICR Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque issued by a Scheduled Bank payable at Salem in favour of " PALLAVAN GRAMA BANK – RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2007”.
