1. Management Trainees : Age : 21-27 years as on 30/06/2014, Stipend : Rs. 18000/- for first year and Rs.23000/- for second year, Qualification : Graduation with 60% and post Graduation with 55% 
2. Officers (Credit) / Scale-II Rs. 19400-28100, Age : 25-35 years as on 30/06/2014, Qualification : CA/ ICWA/ MBA(Finance)/ CFA
3. Officers (Credit) /Scale-III Rs. 25700-31500, Age : 25-35 years as on 30/06/2014, Qualification : CA/ ICWA/ MBA(Finance)/ CFA
