I am told that this is a private Bank with no scope for promotion to candidates.
It is also said that there is a 3 year Bond. Am I stuck?
The yearly increment is less than Rs1000/-
Karnataka Bank has bad HR Policies like transfers happen frequently across various states.
In short it is said that it is better not to apply .
