The Kalupur Comm. Cooperative Bank is a Scheduled Bank and needs following personnels :

1. Chief Executive Officer : Post Graduate in Commerce with 10-12 years of exeprience in the age group 40-45 years.
2. Assistant General Manager (Crdit Management/ Intl. Management) : Post Graduate with banking qualification having 15-20 years experience, age 42-52 years.
3. Asst. General Manager (HRD) : Post Graduate / Experience in Personnel Management MSW or MBA or PG DBM with LRPM having 7-10 years experience Financail/ Banking industry. Age 42-52 years.
4. Chief / Sr. Manager (Account & Operations) : Post Graduate in Commerce preferred Banking qualification. 20 years experience. Age 42-52 years.
5. Chief Manager / Dy. CM Marketing : MBA Marketing and Finance, at least 10 years experience , Age 40-50 years.
6. Officers (Foreign Exchange) : Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce. CAIIB preferred. 5 years experience in F-Ex dept. in bank. Age : 28-38 years.
7. Officers (Credit Management) : BBA/ MBA Finance. 5 years experience in Finance dept. in bank. Age : 28-38 years.
8. Officers (HRD & Staff Admn.) : Graduate/ Post Graduate with MSW/ Diploma in HRD/ MBA Management preferred. 3-6 years experience in Staff. Age : 26-38 years.
