5. Qualification : A graduate with 50% and above marks from a recognised University with Associate Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretary of India.
   Experience : Minimum 5 years post professional qualification experience as Company
   Secretary in a Financial Institution/Bank/Large Industrial Unit, etc.
6. Experience : Minimum 8 years post professional qualification experience as Company
   Secretary in a Financial Institution/Bank/Large Industrial Unit, etc.
