DCB is looking for candidates in following positions

Treasury

• Dealer Capital Market : 2-3 years experience. Trading equities in Secondary Markets, research on IPOs, knowledge about G-Secs, T-Bills, Non SLRs
• Dealer Treasury Sales : 2-3 years experience. Foreign exchange sales with good knowledge of Forex markets, regulations and derivatives

Credit & Risk

• Credit Analysts : 3-8 years experience. Credit Appraisal, Risk Ratings, Credit Monitoring, and Credit Documentation for Corporate Credit proposals, Preparation of cutomer projection/ forecasting based on market and industry study, introduction of new products, structuring of products, MIS and NPA management.

Retails Asset Operations

• Head - Retail Asset Operations : 10 plus years of core banking / retail lending experience in an automated centralised back office environment. Managing a 50+ team involved in document/ file verification, disbursements, PDC Processing, loan account management, cutomer service and reconciliations for retail loans
• Operations Unit (Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedababd) : 2-6 years of core banking / retail lending experienc in a centralised back office environment. Verification/ review for deposit accounts, collections, payments, client servicing and reconciliations for CMS. Account payable processing for vendor payments.

Process Management & Risk Containment

• Process Management Unit : 2-5 years experience, Documenting and Reviewing of existing policies, processes and SLAs. Driving Process improvement & cost efficiency initiatives pan-bank. Exposure to Project Management, MIS/ Data Analysis & Six Sigma is desirable.
• Anti Money Laundering Unit : 2-5 years experience. Undertaking investigations and regulatory reporting in an automated environment. Knowledge of KYC and AML guidelines is required.

Information Technology

• Project Management Unit : 6-15 years experience. Strong techno-functional skills around Banking applications (preferably Finacle/ CMS/ Enterprise Software). Project Management or Programming background involving PL/SQL/ C++/ J2EE with Oracle as the RDBMS.
• Alternate Channels Unit : 4-15 years experience. Strong technical skills in Maintenance and support of Internet Banking, ATM, POS, Trading & Call Centre Training in a Bank.
• Software Development : 3-6 years experience. Strong technical skills in Finacle/ Finnone customisation & scripting, MIS Development & PL/SQL Programming.
