The Dhanalakshmi Bank Limited requires Officers in Junior/Middle Management grade (in Scale I to III). The details of job descriptions are furnished below:

• OFFICERS – SCALE I : Graduates/Post Graduates not more than 30 years of age and now working as Officer or Clerical staff having 3 years experience in a public/scheduled commercial bank.
• OFFICERS – SCALE II : Graduates/Post Graduates preferably with CAIIB not more than 40 years of age, with minimum 5 years experience as Officer in a public/scheduled commercial bank of which atleast 2 years as Branch Head .
• SENIOR MANAGERS – SCALE III : Graduates/Post Graduates preferably with CAIIB not more than 45 years of age with minimum 7 years banking experience in public/ scheduled commercial banks out of which at least 3 years’ as Branch Manager with good exposure to modern banking.
