• Sr. Manager / Manager : Graduate having minimum of 10 years of banking experience out of which minimum 5 years of managing a branch independently as a nincharge., Age : upto 45 years.
• Asst. Manager : Graduate having minimum of 5 years of banking experience in officer grade., Age : upto 40 years.
• IT Professionals : BE (computers) , Certified DBA from Oracle preferred. Work experience of minimum 2 years on Oracle/DB2/SQL Server Database, Age ; upto 30 years.
• Management Trainee : CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA-Finance. Knowledge of computers and local language is must. Age not more than 30 years. The selected candidates will have to work for six months as Tranees.
