Officers Recruitment in Federal Bank

FEDERAL BANK invites application from candidates who satisfy the following eligibility criteria for the post of Officers.

  • Academic Qualification : Graduation and above from a recognized University. Candidates should have attended full time course as a regular campus student.
  • Age : Maximum 30 years as on 31.08.2007. Experience: 1 to 5 years experience in Officers cadre in any commercial bank.

Candidates should be a domicile of Karnataka state with good knowledge in speaking, reading and writing Kannada language. Selection will be based on group discussion and/ or interview. Only short listed candidates will be called for group and discussion and/ or interview. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons for the same.

Candidates selected are liable to be placed in any place in India or abroad/ in Bank’s subsidiaries as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.

The candidates selected will be offered appointment in scales I /II with or without additional increments in officer’s cadre based on their experience. The minimum monthly salary at Bangalore for an Officer in Scale I and II at present is around Rs. 13,600/-, and Rs. 18700/- respectively and the same will vary depending upon the place of posting. Other benefits include Leased accommodation, Medical Aid, LTC, terminal benefits as well as reimbursement of expenses incurred for entertainment, petrol, newspapers, etc. as per Bank’s rules.
