- Manager Gr. B : 370 posts, Qualification : Graduate from a recognised university and professional qualification such as CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ MBA/ CAIIB preferred, Age : 32 years, Experience : 3 years experience in Bank/ Insurance/ Mutual Fund etc.
- Assistant General Manager Gr. C : 400 posts, Qualification : Graduate from a recognised university and preference to CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ MBA/ CAIIB, , Age : 37 years. Relaxation is age as per Govt. rules., Experience : 5 years in Banking, Insurance/ Non Banking Finance company, Mutual Fund etc.

VERY IMPORTANT IDBI BANK's work cuture is very bad and if u r palnning to be there ,get ready for very heavy sales targets to be acheived.This bank is only recruting for sales nothing else so if u have other job in hand don't pick-up it because the culture is very bad here.It doesn't matter if U r AGM or Manager,whatever if u can't do illogical sales then u will be fired after a year because they will not confirm you.posts are only meant to attract the persons from private sector,but the IDBI bank products are not worth selling so nobody can acheive thir targets and so job insecurity will be there.
can chartered accountant is eligible to apply for any post in IDBI who don't have banking experience?
