Indus Ind bank took over the credit card division of Deutsche bank , as a customer I was nit even informed . I did not get my statement by courier and when asked for a POD they sent me one which was back dated and after again asking for a current one they sent me s POD with forged dates , which could easily be seen on the POD. I cancelled my card with them for service. They were only interested in charging me the late payment charges and interest.
The team is terrible , would advise all to stay far away
