Specialisation in Labour Laws will be an added advantage. A post qualification experience of minimum 7 years in the HR department of any corporate or bank is necessary. The candidate should be between 38 and 45 years of age.
  • Junior / Middle Management Grade : Credit processing officials in the Junior or Middle Management grade of the Bank. The candidate should be a CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance with a minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience especially in Financial analysis. The major work profile for these would be processing of industrial credit proposals.
