Vacancies in Scale II may be filled by the experience candidates & Percentage of marks should not be taken as eligibility criteria because some times this my stop the briliant candidates & organisation also may loose these candidates
Eligibility criteria should be graduation like earlier in SBI & Civil examination
Written & Interview may be conducted & then candidates may be selected.

Dude the aggregate marks in graduation implies just the last year marks or the average of all 3yrs taken together?

Marks of class xiith shouldn't be criteria to judge anyone . Even in civil service exams they ask for eligibility criteria of 50% in graduation and they check their candidates through rigorous test. people are motivated to work hard for it thereby everyone gets fair chance to prove themselves. If you have to check aptitude then why don't you check it through your entrance exams. Arts, commerce and science students marks cannot be compared among themselves. Similarly CBSE board results or any board can not be compared with UP board results. And different year exam results can't be compared among each other.

yes this is right, marks of 12th std should nt b the criteria because due to certain family casuality or other health reason one may not obtained 60% marks n results of u.p. board n cbse cnt be judged in the sameway u.p board checking critera ws tough in my time.
i m one of the sufferer, instead of having quality to crack these exams. i cnt go ahead due to this stupid restriction.this is my request to bank officers kindly judge applicants on the basis of their current performance in test.
