Officers in Middle Management grade (in Scale III & IV) for deployment at Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and Bangalore centers. The details of job descriptions are furnished below:

• SENIOR MANAGERS – SCALE III : Graduates/ Post Graduates preferably with CAIIB not more than 45 years of age with minimum 7 years banking experience in public/scheduled commercial banks out of which at least 3 years’ as Branch Manager with good exposure to modern banking.
• CHIEF MANAGERS – SCALE IV : Graduates/ Post Graduates preferably with CAIIB not more than 50 years of age with minimum 10 years’ banking experience in public/scheduled commercial banks out of which five years’ as Branch Head in scale II/III. The incumbents should have strong leadership qualities and should be willing to take up challenges in administrative and marketing segments.
