  • Qualification : Manager (Advances) - Commerce Graduate with CAIIB, Manager (Personnel & Administration) - Graduates with specialisation in PGDM-HR/Industrial Relations
  • Experience : Manager (Advances) - 10 years credit experience in a bank as Manager including 2 years in a Co.Op. Bank, Manager (Personnel & Administration) - 10-12 years experience in a Bank as Personnel and Administration Manager
  • Exposure : Manager (Advances) - Sound Credit Appraisal and Monitoring Skills, good knowledge of various Credit Products, conversant with Load Documentation, Manager (Personnel & Administration) - Must have experience in independently handling of all aspects of HR including Training, Appraisal, Accountability, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Goal Setting, Performance Management System Training & Development Recruitment & Selection
